At this time, Phillips is still processing all transcript requests and degree verifications.  We have secured a Custodial of Records for all future transcript requests and degree verifications.  As soon as it is finalized more information will be placed on this page.

Transcript Request 
  • Alumni who graduated before May 1984 will need to contact Azusa Pacific University or call 1-626-815-4570 to order transcripts.

  • Alumni that graduate after May 1984 should only need to requests transcripts from Phillips but depending on your graduation date, it is possible that you might need to request transcripts from both Azusa Pacific and Phillips. Phillips will let you know if you also need to request from Azusa.

  • Official Transcript Processing Time and Cost:

    • Processing time is the time it takes our office to prepare your transcript. This does not include mailing time. Please note: We cannot guarantee your transcripts arrival or the time it will take to reach its destination once it has left our campus.

    • Processing time 14 business days after payment is received. 

    • Cost is $10.00 per transcript

  • Official Transcript Delivery Method:

    • U.S. First Class Mail only.  We unfortunately cannot fax or email transcripts

Degree Verification Request
  • Degree verification requests must be sent via email to
  • Please provide a valid email address for the degree verification response as it cannot faxed back.
  • Required information:
    • Full name including any previous names
    • Date of birth and/or the last four digits of their social security number
    • Written authorization that has been signed no more than three months prior to the request
  • Processing time 3 business days.
  • Unfortunately, replacement diplomas cannot be ordered at this time.
