Overview

Phillips Graduate University's Organizational Management and Consulting (OMC) Program is designed to develop highly skilled, emotionally intelligent, and research-informed organizational leaders and consultants who can effectively:
 
  • Guide organizations in successfully managing change;
  • Build high performing teams through an understanding of human behavior;
  • Assist others in reaching their professional potential, and
  • Promote strategic thinking to attain the highest level of human and organizational outcomes.


Mission Statement

To develop effective and ethical organizational managers and consultants by providing meaningful classroom, field, and independent learning experiences, and the tools to become a lifelong learner.  In addition to the OMC department's mission statement, every cohort develops its own unique mission, vision, and values statement.
