The Human Resources (HR) department is committed to working strategically with the diverse Phillips Graduate University community in identifying and responding to its changing needs. HR will take a leadership role in providing services that support the university by promoting the concept that our employees are our most valuable resource and will be treated as such. Our mission is to provide a full range of centralized, comprehensive human resource management services for university employees including: recruitment and selection, benefits administration, performance management, compensation and training and development.

The HR department is a resource for the community and HR staff will collaborate with college administrators, staff and faculty to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to all human resource functions.
